04.2007 MADA 2.0.3	Bugfix (Internal use only)

 - RR-Plot, modified to select between 'usual' and lowess normalized ratios.

 - Fixed problem where slow lowess calc didn't start in absence of fast module.

 - Mainly fixed some data exchange problems with the fast lowess calculation 
   module if runing MADA under Excel97.



11.2006 MADA 2.0	Major revision

 - Revised programming in terms of speed for up to 8x faster calculations
   and faster preprocessing of plots & charts.

 - Doubled the number of processible data files to 24.

 - Included lowess curve smooth function as new additional normalization method.
    NOTE: The lowess calculation is directly implemented in MADA.xls and MADA has 
          still the full functionality without any external modules, but as lowess
          is quite calculation intensive we created a module which will fasten the
          lowess calculation if it is available in the MADA program folder. The 
          module will be automatically installed during the setup of MADA 2.0.

 - New export function for the easy creation of a custom tabular export file
   holding a free selection of parameters from all open data files and results. 



09.2005 MADA 1.0.1	Minor revision and bugfix
	
 - MADA.xls is now installed with read only file attribute.

 - Solved a major problem which occurred if 'Save Data' was applied to 
   'Chart worksheets' by running MADA under Excel2002 (OfficeXP).

 - GenePix extraction filters are enhanced with recommendations for 
   the wavelengths to enter. 

 - New feature at Calculation > Advanced options > Mean of replicates.
   The value assigned to invalid signals can be selected now, e.g., to prevent 
   a division by zero error during ratio calculation in gene expression analysis. 	  

 - RI-Plot enhanced, e.g. the selection dialog.
