My main research interests can be summarized as follows:

* standardization of contextual meta (data) for nucleic acid sequences
* data integration
* bio-curation

The over-archng theme of these efforts is to enable large scale meta-analysis of meta (genomic) datasets, in order to obtain an integrated of organisms, genes and the environment .
